Booking Instructions

Issued ticket is personal and cannot be waived for non and must be provided upon arrival to the port to the carrier's port office at the sailing date to in order to issue a ferry boarding ticket

The ticket price is only charged for transport service and does not include any additional services, meals or drinks during the trip and the ticket expires by the sailing date mentioned on it.

The traveler must check the ticket data for accuracy (name, nationality, DOB, departure port, departure date..etc.) when received and the carrier is not responsible for the loss of the ticket.

In the case of booking amendment before the trip date, this is done through the offices of the carrier for free. That should be for a period of not less than 48 hours prior sailing date.

Ticket cancellation is subject to a charge of 20% cancellation fees from its purchase price. That should be not less than 48 hours before the sailing date.

In case of No-Show of the traveler upon sailing date ticket becomes void and shall not be entitled to refund of the value of the ticket or use for another trip

The carrier is not responsible for any passengers that might be refused to check in by port authorities.

The carrier may modify schedule for the ferry or ticket prices without a prior notice

A child ticket is issued for children less than 12 years old. Infant less than 12 month old is free of charge with no seat. A document of birth date (or passport) for accompanied child must be provided at the port upon check in
Traveling Instructions

The traveler must be present at the departure port at least 90 Minutes before the sailing time. Please bring a valid proof of identity or passport which complied with the laws of the ports of sailing and arrival. In the case of any difference of the data is the ticket with ID details, the ticket will be invalid, this also applies in case of any scrape or modify any of the data included in the ticket.

Every traveler is committed to the instructions of the vessel crew during the trip, otherwise, the traveler will be under the legal responsibility.

For the interest of the safety of our travelers, the trip might be canceled, postponed or subject to modified route or transfer passengers to the to another carrier, This action that might follow in accordance with the standards local and international maritime safety at sea laws. This might be because of bad weather for sailing, technical malfunctions, force majeure or instructed by authorities, this happens without any liability whatsoever on the carrier and passengers are not entitled to any claim for damages as a result of any consequences likely to occur as a result.

In case of trip cancellation by the carrier for any reason, the ticket shall be entitled to recover its value from issuing office or to be used within 6 months from the trip date without any other compensation.
Luggage and banned substances transported

Outside food and drinks are not allowed and will be retained.

All accompanied animals/pets are not allowed onboard.

The carrier permits only 20 kg of luggage free of charge for each passenger to bring with onboard. Excess luggage fees may be applied. And in case of any loss or damage of luggage and the responsibility of the carrier proofed after the investigation, the traveler is compensated for a maximum of 1000 Egyptian pounds. The carrier is not responsible for any loss incurred money, jewelry or valuables.

The carrier reserves the right to refuse to load any luggage affect the safety of passengers or the vessel. And it is prohibited for passengers to carry hazardous materials such as the following:

Compressed gases: (refrigerated strongly, flammable, non-flammable and toxic), such as: (biotin, oxygen, nitrogen, propane cylinders and aqualung cylinders)

Corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis and liquid cell batteries, pathogenic factors such as: (bacteria and germs, etc..)

Explosives, weapons and ammunition, fireworks and bright burners, gun capsules, shooting rifles, fireworks pistols, empty cartridges
-
Paints, liquids extension, lighters and easily flammable materials

Radioactive material, oxidizing materials, such as (bleaching powder and PEROXIDE), toxic substances, such as: (arsenic, cyanide, pesticides and spraying crops), other materials such as mercury and magnetic materials

Any hardware delivery devices include mercury. Medical materials and decorative materials are allowed, but in limited quantities

Vehicles, Cars, and cycles on-board
There is no space available for transporting cars, motorcycles or bikes onboard.
Pets
Unfortunately, all animals/pets are not allowed to travel onboard by any possible mean.
Passengers responsibilities and special needs

Passengers are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that they are fit to travel.

The attention is drawn to the possibility of weather conditions changing during a voyage.

Passengers with a medical condition, for which they have not sought professional advice, are asked to inform a member of The Company’s staff prior to departure. The Master of the vessel, may, at his discretion and in the interest of the passenger, disallow boarding.

Passengers with special needs are to advise The Company of any requirements when effecting a reservation, we require them to travel with an able bodied accompanying person aged 16 years and over.

Due to space restrictions on the vessel, Mobility scooters maynot be accepted on the vessel.

Our cabin crew will be happy to provide required assistance, however, they are not allowed to provide medical services such as administering injections.

For safety reasons, cabin crew cannot lift passengers or assist with personal hygiene.
Minors
-
It is The Company’s policy not to accept minors under the age of 12 years old travelling unaccompanied by an adult of over 18 years old.

In the case of schools groups it is of utmost importance that the group is accompanied by at least one group leader of 18 years or over and that the group leader has a manifest with all details (name, surname, and nationality, date of birth and passport/ID number) of all the passengers travelling with the group.

Passengers travelling with minors, which are not their children, may be asked upon check-in, embarkation and disembarkation, to present specific documentation such as a legal document authorised by the minor’s parents or legal guardians allowing them to travel with the said passengers.
